The Deakin University RTP Scholarship eligibility rules should be read in two layers. The first layer is basic eligibility: whether the applicant can be considered for RTP or DUPRS funding. For research master's applicants, the file should still show readiness for research training. Strong coursework alone may not be enough if there is no evidence of research ability or a credible proposal.
