The Fulbright U.S. Student Program 2027-2028 application uses different document rules for Study/Research and English Teaching Assistant applicants. Academic applicants work with a project title, abstract, 6,000-character Statement of Grant Purpose, personal statement, recommendations, transcripts, and possible affiliation or language forms, while ETA applicants use ETA-specific statements, short answers, and recommendation forms.
Some Fulbright U.S. Student Program 2027-2028 awards do not require a Foreign Language Evaluation form, but language rules are country- and award-specific.
